How to make a Cherry Pie from the Old-Fashioned Cherries

I have been a huge fan of the cherries I grew up with and when I was a kid I always had a huge crush on the ones from New Zealand.

This year I had to recreate them, so I took a trip to the North Island and bought some from the local farmers and had them prepared in the kitchen.

My family has had cherries in the family for generations, and I wanted to share the flavours with you all.

I made a simple recipe and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
